Please do not send accessories, such as adapters, chargers, styluses.  We are not responsible for loss of these items, so please do not mail them with your phone. They are not needed for the repair.

Please ship your phone in sturdy packaging, wrapped in bubble wrap or padded in some other way to prevent breakage during shipping.

We recommend you insure your package and select some type of delivery confirmation or tracking.
